Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are either eligible for store credit or an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing an Exchange

If the order is an exchange, the best way is to make a new purchase for the item on our website - balayafit.com and we will refund you for the order you would like to be exchanged.

Order should still be within a 15 day window, as long as it's in original condition.
